Refund policy

Damaged in transit? We take great care while packing, but if your order arrives damaged, we're here to help.

To file a claim, you must provide one of the following:

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and our custom box

  • A photo showing the damage alongside our gratitude card

Claims without the above cannot be processed.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Before dispatch: Yes — contact us and we'll cancel it immediately

  • After dispatch: Sorry, cancellations are not possible once shipped
