Damaged in transit? We take great care while packing, but if your order arrives damaged, we're here to help.
To file a claim, you must provide one of the following:

An unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and our custom box

A photo showing the damage alongside our gratitude card
Claims without the above cannot be processed.
